I WAS ASKED TO REALIZE THE RESTYLING AND THE REPOSITIONING OF BRAND & CORPORATE IDENTITY AND TO SETUP AND ORGANIZE THE EXPANSION IN THE INTERNATIONAL MARKETS OF THIS OLD FAMILY BUSINESS IN THE OCCASION OF THE CELEBRATION OF THE 100TH ANNIVERSARY OF ITS FOUNDATION.
THE COMPANY, FOUNDED IN 1921 IN VENEZIA BY THE GREAT GRANDFATHER OF GIOVANNI FORLINI (THE TODAY OWNER), IS THE LAST ONE IN VENEZIA WHICH RESTORES AND RECONSTRUCT HISTORIC VENETIAN CHANDELIERS WITH ORIGINAL OLD PIECES AND USING THE TRADITIONAL HANDMADE ARTISANAL TECHNIQUES.
I CREATED THE NEW BRAND NAME AND LOGO AND THE OFFICIAL WEBSITE, STARTING FROM THE STYLIZATION OF THE FOUNDER SIGNATURE, IN ORDER TO REPRESENT THE FAMILY LEGACY (CORE VALUE OF THE COMPANY AND ITS WORK).
THEN I CREATED, WRITTEN AND DIRECTED THE ARTISTIC EMOTIONAL SHORT MOVIE WHICH TELL STORY AND THE PASSION OF THE FAMILY WITH AND FOR THE MURANO GLASS, “ONE HUNDRED YEARS OF PASSION“.
MOREOVER I CURATED THE CREATIVE DIRECTION AND MANAGEMENT OF A PHOTO SHOOT FOR THE CHANDELIERS (BOTH ON LOCATION AND IN STUDIO) AND OF THE ARTISAN HANDCRAFT MANUFACTURING PROCESS.
FINALLY I DEVELOPED THE MARKET EXPANSION PLAN INVOLVING MY INTERNATIONAL CONTACTS AND PARTNERS WHO BETTER FIT WITH THE GOAL.
